Well Ricky Ross the Boss, made his first twitter account today... actually 18 minutes ago! He got welcomed by mister Combs, who only had to mention his twitter four times (in three tweets), to get him about 4,000 followers in a quarter of a hour. His first tweet was at 10:50 PM today.
